Beauty Bag
Inglot Signature Collection
It’s time to head back to the beauty bag and I’m feeling rather overwhelmed (and a little camera-shy) of late so I’ve decided to do a smaller post on either one product a or few at a time so I can get on with things. The longer I leave it the more products I buy which means my beauty bag gets fuller and fuller and I haven’t shared a single thing with you, so it’s time for me to get cracking!
I was fortunate enough to attend the recent launch of Inglot’s Signature Collection and I couldn’t wait to get home to try the goods.
When going through my makeup collection I realised I actually didn’t own any Inglot product and I don’t know why. I’ve only heard good things about the brand and after trying this palette I will definitely be back for more.
There are four palettes in the Signature Collection and I was fortunate enough to get my hands on the Berry palette. A quad of four beautiful ‘berry inspired’ shades. Think golden cranberries. I went straight in and used all four at once. I’m not sure if that’s how you are supposed to do it but hey, I couldn’t resist.
I was so impressed with the pigmentation of all of the colours and I was even more impressed when my eyeshadow looked almost as good as it did in the evening when I first applied it in the morning. These colours are so beautiful on your eyes that you can really go full glam (which may not suit everyone) or you could try a more subtle look with just one colour.
It comes in their Freedom Palette, a great system for designing your own palettes and better still it’s reusable. I have to admit I’m not that keen on the magnetic lid (I’m being very picky here) and it is rather heavy so maybe not ideal for travelling but who cares, the eyeshadow is so bloody good.
With a retail price of €32 I may have actually put this palette back on the shelf, but now that I have tried it, I would not hesitate to buy one myself.
