This month really has gotten the better of me and I’m only just getting to lovetomtom same but different for April. Better late than never right? Because I’m slow to get going this month and the fact that I absolutely love the topic I’ve picked, I’m giving it the time it deserves so #lovetomtomSBD for April and May is going to be all about food!

It’s no secret I love everything about food. Cooking, eating, sharing and although those things are the same, it’s time to try something different and I’m starting with a bang! I was lucky enough to get the Moroccan Soup Bar recipe book for Christmas and I’m going to try my hand at a Moroccan feast. The Moroccan Soup Bar is well-known to Melbournians and it is always on top of my list of things to do on a trip home. Words cannot describe how exquisite, delicious and comforting the food is and now I have the chance to try to recreate their amazing dishes.



The great thing about food for me is that it doesn’t matter where I am in the world, food means memories. Whether it’s the scent, flavour or taste, it’s like a magical power that transports me to the likes of my Nonna’s kitchen, so you can see why I’m so fond of food and everything associated with it! I am beyond lucky to have such wonderful memories and experiences and I hope this continues.
